Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. If your order has been confirmed, but you have not yet received the items, you can change or cancel your order by e-mail or telephone.

If your order has been despatched, you will also need to return the cancelled item(s) at your own expense to the address given above. We will refund the order or relevant part of it, excluding the original delivery charge to you if the whole order is returned, as soon as possible in it's original condition within 30 days of cancellation.

If you don't wish to order online, please make a note of the product codes that you are interested in and then telephone your order through on +44 (0)1430 434643 in the normal manner

Payment can be made using by credit or debit card through Paypal. The address to forward payment to is: howdensoap@virgin.net You do not have to have an account with Paypal to pay via this method. Alternatively you may pay by personal Cheque or Postal Order.

If you wish to pay by Cheque or Postal Order, either place your order online, selecting 'Cheque / Postal Order' under Payment Method, or telephone your order to us and then send off the payment. Your items will be despatched once the payment has cleared/been received.

Hours of Business
Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm. However, we are often contactable by email outside of these hours. If you leave an answer machine message, during the evenings or at the weekend, it will be processed on the next business day.
